I topped 4 of them with sesame seeds, 1 with sea salt, and I left 3 plain.

Homemade Bagels
Recently I read a friends blog post about making homemade bagels, using her bread machine. http://nuzbacknews.blogspot.com/ I was very inspired and figured this was something I could do too. Yesterday I gave it a try, and we were all pleased with the results. They are delicious, and I look forward to experimenting more with this, trying new toppings, etc.
